He did this in a matter of four days, orchestrating people of all ages to transform, paint, fix, plant, design and re-do an entire 10-acre park to serve the community (a park that had been inoperable for years before this). He later used these skills to find, recruit, and train over 500,000 independent distributors throughout 22 countries to do half a billion dollars in sales and then again to organize 750 employees to move like an army of special forces to put on over 1,600 seminars per year in over 638 cities responding to a million registrants, producing hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue.

Personal Background

Born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised in San Diego, California, Mitch had unique assess to two very different rhythms and lifestyles. The oldest of five children, he learned early on that nothing was given, everything was earned. This resulted in him officially becoming an entrepreneur at the age of 9. That is when he crafted his first “irresistible offer”. For a quarter a week he would take out and put away all the neighborhood trashcans. Not only did he take care of the trashcans, he was prompt, conscientious, swept up any trash and made the experience seamless and delightful for his customers. And something magical happened. Tips. Many times far in excess of what he charged. In fact, by being excellent and going above and beyond he learned that amazing things happen. He internalized this and has lived it ever since. He now takes special pleasure in awakening this spirit in others – and seeing the powerful and positive results that follow.

Becoming a master of excellence and innovation early on helped Mitch succeed in numerous businesses. Before he was even 18 he lead his high school as Senior Class President, Valedictorian, and Prom King. Upon graduation Mitch attended Brigham Young University on a full academic scholarship, and went on to receive many more awards and accolades while there.

Bi-Lingual and Service Oriented

As a 19-year old young man, Mitch served the people of Chile as a full-time missionary for two and a half years. Through hard work and service, he paid for the entire trip and dedicated himself to living a harsh, ascetic life to better serve the residents. While there, Mitch was in charge of 220 other missionaries, teaching them, leading them and motivating them as they worked for free, away from their homes. Mitch was called “Elder FANTASTICO” because of his amazing love for the people and his relentless commitment to help them. He taughtthe poor, the rich, the common and the people in high places. When he returned, he was a fluent bi-lingual speaker and more determined than ever to succeed and open up doors to create prosperity and opportunity for anyone with the heart and courage to pursue it.

Becoming a Millionaire

At the age of 22, Mitch won First Place in BYU’s prestigious Marriott School of Management Business Plan contest. Just one year later, at age 23, he was awarded BYU’s Top Young Entrepreneur of the state of Utah. By age 26, Mitch was a self-made millionaire. He started his own seminar company called MIT – “Millionaires in Training”. His desire was to help people truly become wealthy and successful through real estate investing, stock investing and asset protection with proper tax planning. The foundation of Millionaires in Training was to have only millionaires teach. If they were not a millionaire, then they could not teach others how to become one. As Mitch’s father taught him: “Your life must be your message.” Many more businesses and investments followed. Mr. Huhem also started teaching business and entrepreneur classes at Brigham Young University and Utah Valley University. In addition to his own businesses, Mr. Huhem has served as a turnaround CEO and a business strategist for several growing companies in emerging markets.

Mr. Huhem resides in Boca Raton, Florida, with his wife Deborah. Their extended family includes a combined 7 children, and multiple cute and furry animals.
